As a lover, a creative, a wonderer, a space holder, a person in awe of the divine - I have enjoyed practicing yoga for 17+ years and teaching it for 2 years.
I enjoy a slower pace practice due to life being fast enough. I fell in love with yin in my trainings, it allows me to be more mindful of myself and, mindful of my own heart and intuition.
I love sharing these practices in hopes of being a spark, cracking the door to your own journey of self.

I have been practicing yoga since the age of 16 and it has become essential to my self-care. Now as a 200 hr. RYT, certified postpartum nutritionist, and a certified holistic doula, I am emboldened to provide holistic care for mothers and mothers to be, combining yoga and meditation practices with nutrition and holistic birth support.
Yoga plays an important role in my postpartum story. My experience has pushed me to be a support for mothers by providing accessible practices to encourage us in our mentally and emotionally healthier journeys through motherhood.
